Apparently the BBL era is now over and the most dangerous cosmetic procedure is now on the wane. Big butts are gradually going out of fashion and a slimmer, or at least more balanced look, is now the new trend. The Kardashians are reported to have apparently reversed their BBLs - although they never admitted them in the first place and although millions of women around the world copied the non-admitted BBLs…
Microneedling radiofrequency is based on damaging skin with both excessive high intensity RF and the actual needles, hoping cellulite fat tissue will be broken and dissolved and that skin will repair itself and build scar tissue, which will will to skin tightening. As it aims to cause damage, this technique is inherently…
However, each specific case comes with a set of problems, requirements and different tissue types that would benefit more from ultrasound cavitation, radiofrequency or a mix of those techniques: cellulite type (deep vs superficial, hard vs soft etc); cellulite severity; connective tissue fibrosis; skin sensitivity; skin laxity; subcutaneous tissue depth; surface area to be treated…
Over the last 24+ years I have seen countless clients with post cosmetic surgery fibrosis - and even after harsh non-surgical procedures and as such procedures become more and more popular, the number of people with fibrosis increases. Body cosmetic surgery (such as liposuction, cellulaze, vaser, smart lipo etc) as well as harsh non-surgical treatments (such as RF microneedling, extreme intensity HIFU, cryolipolysis, extreme intensity radiofrequency etc) can result in fibrotic lumps or entire fibrotic regions of hard skin around the stomach, thighs, buttocks etc. Fibrosis refers to previously inflamed hardened skin or other connective tissue (or even hard lumps) comprising of scar tissue-type, randomly aligned collagen fibres. This is in contrast to firm, healthy skin, which is comprised of functional, properly aligned collagen fibres. This is sometimes the result of a surgeon doing a bad job; sometimes the result of your body reacting really badly to even the best surgeon’s work; and sometimes the procedure itself being unsafe. After all that I have seen over the decades, I would never undergo…

This website is human-written 100%. We do not use Chat-GPT or any other AI tool for our pages and articles to bombard you with low quality, copy-paste spam articles and inaccurate information.
Chat-GPT and similar tools copy the web to regurgitate meaningless lowest common denominator platitudes, i.e. generally accepted myths that often have nothing to do with reality. Plus plenty of inaccuracies, misinformation and a healthy added dose of literally made up stuff - what AI experts call ‘AI hallucinations’.
No AI tool has the depth of experience accumulated over tens of thousands of sessions with real human beings (in fact, AI tools have zero experience, obviously). Neither can an AI tool discriminate what is reality and what is made up BS on the web.
Of course, the aesthetics industry is already full of myths, inaccuracies, platitudes and hallucinations anyway, so the advent of AI does not make much of a difference. The beauty industry has always been full of BS (sorry, that’s the correct word), AI or no AI.
So 25+ years on, we still keep it real, regardless of AI.

Efficacy: As with any medical / aesthetic treatment or skin product, results vary from person to person depending on lifestyle, genetics and state of health (how each individual body responds to treatment), so specific results can never be guaranteed. BTW, there is NO long-term cellulite removal or skin tightening/lifting with one, two or even three sessions and there is neither 100% nor permanent cellulite removal or skin tightening/lifting, with ANY technique, including ours, so we never make such misleading claims.
Safety: Our treatments have proven 99%+ safe over the last 15+ years (with minor/temporary irritation occurring in the other 1%- of treatments). However, as with any medical/aesthetic treatment or skin product, sensitivity varies from person to person, and from time to time even on the same person, depending on lifestyle, genetics and state of health (how each individual body responds to a treatment at a specific time), so we cannot guarantee 100% safety.
