Apparently, brazilian butt lifts (BBL) are now out of fashion and BBL reversal procedures are in

Apparently the BBL era is now over and the most dangerous cosmetic procedure is now on the wane. Big butts are gradually going out of fashion and a slimmer, or at least more balanced look, is now the new trend.

The Kardashians are reported to have apparently reversed their BBLs - although they never admitted them in the first place and even though millions of women around the world copied the non-admitted BBLs.

At the same time many women are rethinking butt injections. Black Chyna has recently reported how she had to take 1250cc of fillers out of her derriere, “A 2-litre Coke bottle all in my booty” (of course, 2 litres are 2000cc, not 1250cc, but you obviously don’t need basic math literacy to become successful these days…)

Same for Cardi B, who came out warning against butt filler injections.

A reverse BBL procedure will inevitably lead to loose skin and a more droopy bottom

The problem of reversing a BBL procedure (by basically performing liposuction on the added fat) or by removing butt filler injections, is that you are left with a loose, saggy bottom.

Now that celebrities have come to their senses, we are coming back to the sane advice on what to do with loose skin on the bottom area: the natural one, based on:

  • Gluteus maximums exercises, to tone and lift the butt muscles

  • Deep-acting, high-power radiofrequency to tighten up the skin

Deep tissue RF treatment after BBL reversal

These are the two most effective, SAFE methods to tighten up and lift your butt area, reducing cellulite at the same time.

There are other much hyped - and extortionately expensive - methods that promise to either tighten up the muscles or skin in 1-4 sessions, but these are either ridiculously ineffective, ridiculously unsafe or both.

Deep-acting, high-power radiofrequency and gluteus maximums exercises are the safest and most effective methods to lift and tighten up a droopy bum.

As the removal of fillers, implants or fat from the area will leave skin considerably loose, a course of 12x deep-acting, high-power radiofrequency treatments and something like 24x intensive gym sessions are definitely recommended.

A few of each, e.g. 3x RF sessions and 6x gym sessions, are half measures and will achieve nothing.

And, as mentioned above, any hyped up shortcuts will not work and will may make the situation worse - just like the fillers, implants and injections originally did.

So be patient and consistent and don’t jump from one hyped procedure to another.

Respect your body and do things naturally, gradually and organically. Don’t keep injuring it with dangerous and extortionately expensive one-off hyped up procedures.
