In the thigh / butt skin ultrasound images above, fibrosis can clearly be seen (the light grey zone at the top of the image) after a combination of subcision (“minimally invasive” surgery for cellulite), sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid injections for “skin tightening”), smart lipo (liposuction) and cellulaze (“minimally invasive” surgery for cellulite).
On the first image, despite the supposed “firming” effect of these procedures (cellulaze, sculptra and smart lipo), the papillary dermis appears weak (a sign of skin laxity and water retention) while, on the other hand, the thickness of the dermis / fibrosis combo spans an excessive 6mm depth. Normally the depth of the dermis is 2mm on this area.
This is experienced by the patient as hardness and may appear visually as a fibrotic “bump” or fibrotic band, as evidenced in the external image below.
Furthermore, on the left of the first image we can clearly visualise an adhesion which extends to an excessive depth of 12mm and touches on the intermediate fascia. This is experienced by the client as skin stuck to the underlying tissues and may also appear visually as a fibrotic bump or band, as evidenced in the external image below.
The same situation appears in the other two images, with diffuse scar tissue largely replacing the subcutaneous tissue structure, with unfortunately no evidence of external appearance improvement.
Such bumpy / fibrotic appearance actually looks worse than any fat or cellulite that the “radical procedure to create deep structural changes” is supposed to “remove”.
And “deep structural changes” after “deep structural changes” indeed occur with such “radical procedures”: they are called fibrosis, adhesions and scar tissue.
And as we can see on the images below, the cellulite that was supposed to be removed is still intact - but with new bumps of the fibrotic type being added to the skin by the “radical, deep structural change procedures”.

As evidenced by the images above, by tactile assessment and by the lived experience of the client, there is no cellulite reduction or skin tightness achieved by ‘radical’ after ‘radical’ procedure - just fibrotic bumps, adhesions and unaffected cellulite.
