Our cancellation policy

 

48-HOUR NOTICE, FULL-FEE CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to provide a professional service and to avoid disruption at our clinic from no-shows and short notice cancellations, and to ensure proper availability for all our clients, including you, we operate a strict strict, no exception, full-fee, 48-hour notice cancellation policy (72 hours for 80’ & 100’ sessions and ALL Monday sessions). Please kindly give us 48/72-hour notice if you intend to cancel or move your appointment to another day to avoid being charged the full cost of your appointment. No exceptions whatsoever will ever be made except emergency hospitalisation, once. Due to constant cancellation requests and no-shows, which in aggregate impose a severe financial burden to our practice, any other reason for cancellation (including but not limited to, GP appointments, plumbing problems, nanny problems, scheduled hospital visits etc) are not applicable as exceptions to this policy. Our service is strictly supplied under these terms and conditions and booking a treatment with us is made under the full acceptance of this condition.

 

BOOKINGS MADE 48 HOURS OR LESS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME CAN NOT BE CANCELLED

Since bookings made 48/72 hours or less before the appointment time fall into the 48/72-hour cancellation zone, they can not be cancelled or postponed without the cancellation fee charged,  which is the full price of appointment.

 

CANCELLATION MUST BE IN ELECTRONIC, WRITTEN FORM

In both cases you must notify us electronically either by email, or through "prices/book" form on this website, or by text. Please offer us 48/72-hour notice to avoid being charged for your appointment. No refunds or re-bookings will be made if you fail to provide us with such notice.

 

DELAYED ARRIVAL FOR AN APPOINTMENT

As it is common practice at all professional clinics and salons, if another client is late for her appointment and you are booked right after her, we will only treat her for the remaining appointment time, to ensure that we do not waste your time and make you wait unnecessarily. Naturally, the same rule applies to you, if you are late. On the other hand, if you arrive late and we have no other booking afterwards, we will be happy to offer you treatment for the full appointment time, but under no circumstances we can add extra time to a future appointment to compensate for the loss of time due to your delayed arrival.
