What can Emsculpt® muscle toning therapy do for me? How does it feel? Does it work from the first session?
Emsculpt HIFEM muscle toning and building can:

Be used as a stand-alone muscle toning treatment for those who cannot (or do not want to) do resistance exercise or those who do not get fast / substantial results from exercise

According to data, the results of a course of Emsculpt include the enlargement and strengthening of existing muscle fibres (hypertrophy) and the building of new muscle fibres (hyperplasia).
This means larger, more toned, more lifted muscles, which results in better firmness and definition on the arms, stomach, butt and calves.
The feeling your get during an Emsculpt treatment is that of very strong muscle contractions on the muscles applied. However, it should never be painful or otherwise unpleasant - treatment intensity should always be always suited to each person’s tolerance.
Every few minutes relaxing contractions are introduced to provide a break and eliminate any lactic acid buildup via the lymphatic circulation.
Overall, the treatment should challenge the muscle where it is applied but generally it should be relaxing, rewarding, pain-free experience.
At the end of the session you will feel your muscles more toned and “exercised” but without the pain that gym work causes, especially in the next 2-3 days.

Don’t I need Emsculpt® Neo for skin tightening, as opposed to normal Emsculpt®?
Contrary to popular belief, no.
Unfortunately, the bipolar radiofrequency provided by the Emsculpt Neo version is very superficial and very weak (60 Watts, which is too weak even for facials), let alone for the buttocks, stomach, calves or arms), so we see no reason in using it.
Instead we use proper, real, high-power, deep tissue radiofrequency (250+ Watts, i.e. more than 4x times stronger RF) combined with Emsculpt treatments, for real skin tightening / lifting results. There is no comparison between Emsculpt Neo radiofrequency and real, deep, strong radiofrequency for skin tightening. Emsculpt is great for muscles but not skin tightening or cellulite, so we do not use Emsculpt Neo.
And, of course, we use our advanced radiofrequency as a stand-alone skin tightening / cellulite reduction therapy.
