Does collagen make your bum bigger?

No, collagen cannot make your bum, breast or other body area bigger.

After several months of use (not days or weeks), hydrolysed collagen supplements:

Neither collagen supplements can make you put on weight, so you can consume a high quality hydrolysed collagen powder (5-20g a day) daily without worrying about weight gain.

The calories contained in that amount of collagen powder are 20-80 calories, out of a 1500-2000 calorie allowance for women (depending on height) and 2500-3000 for men (again depending on height). This means that the amount of calories collagen supplements contain is negligible (a Mars bar contains 228 calories, by comparison).
