Rental essentials:

• The room is located at the The Light Centre, 49 Marylebone High Street, London, W1U 5HJ, but you will be renting directly from us, LipoTherapeia Ltd

• Modern, spacious (160 sq ft), spotlessly clean room

• Part of a health centre with reception, two waiting areas, bathroom, showers, water cooler and kettle

• The room is available for whole-day rental on a continuous basis on:

  • Sundays: 9am-5pm, £110/day, £473/month

  • Mondays: 8am-8pm, £160/day, £688/month

  • Thursdays: 8am-8pm, £180/day, £774/month

• You can rent one day, two days or all three days

• Sorry, no ad hoc rental or half-day rental

• Massage

• Aromatherapy

• Nutrition

• Talking therapies (psychotherapy chair can be provided)

• Large and small towels available from reception for a small fee

• Professional cleaning three times a week - but room must be left in good order at the end of the day

More details:

• Minimum contract 6 months with 3-month notice, thereafter 3 month notice

• Rent paid monthly by standing order

• Sunday prices are lower to reflect reduced Sunday working hours

• Monday prices are reduced to include all Bank Holiday closures in the rental

• No equipment or furniture may be left in the room overnight but a cupboard shelf to store essentials is available

• No equipment or furniture may be removed from the room at any time

• Any needs you may have please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them

About you:

• You must provide full qualifications and insurance for the treatments you intend to practise

• If treatments need registration with the Care Quality Commission you must arrange such registration before practising in the room and assume all relevant costs for such registration

• If you wish to expand into new treatments you must provide the appropriate qualifications and insurance update, as well as CQC if relevant.
