There are only two ways to lift your butt

  • There are only two ways to lift your butt: exercising the 'gluteus maximus' muscle and having radiofrequency treatments. There is no other alternative way that works.
  • The gluteus maximus is the main muscle of the buttocks area, the one that pops out when it is toned and exercised, giving a great round, lifted shape to your bum. However, when the same muscle is flaccid and unfit, gives that flat, saggy look all women hate.
  • The gluteus maximus is the only muscle in the female body that simply cannot be exercised too much - the more toned and the bigger, the better the bottom looks.
  • This is in contrast to almost all other muscles (especially the quads), that if they are over-exercised they can give a "too male", muscly appearance.
  • The best ways to exercise the gluteus maximus are dead lifts (ask for guidance with a trainer at the gym for this) and hip extensions (on the hip extension machine; supine on the mat with a weight on the lower belly; or "on all fours" on the mat with weights on your ankles).
  • These two exercises specifically isolate the gluteus maximus without bulking up the quads. Lunges and squats are also good, but they work the quads too much, and some women hate the outcome.
  • Gluteus maximus toning is essential for a pert, lifted bum, but unfortunately exercising a muscle does not firm up, smooth or slim the skin on top of that muscle (there is no such thing as a cellulite exercise, spot fat reduction exercise or skin firming exercise that acts locally on a specific body area).
  • So for effective skin toning on the bottom area, or anywhere else on the body, high intensity monopolar radiofrequency is second to none. It helps tighten up and reduce cellulite on the skin of the buttocks, offering the skin a nice, firm, toned and elastic look and touch.
  • (I placed emphasis specifically on "high intensity", "monopolar" radiofrequency because many machines on the market are either low intensity (which is a complete waste of time and money), or "bipolar", which is too superficial to do anything good on the thick skin of the buttocks.)
  • (There is no other fast and effective way to tighten up the skin of the buttocks - massage, microcurrents, laser, IPL, body wraps and basically any other beauty treatment simply is not effective for body skin firming.)
  • Combined with a concentrated, multi-ingredient skin firming / anti-cellulite cream, high intensity monopolar radiofrequency can do wonders for the skin on the bum.
  • (I placed emphasis specifically on "concentrated", "multi-ingredient" creams, because cheap, low concentration, single-ingredient firming / cellulite creams are also a waste of time and money.)
  • In summary, the combination of focused gluteus maximus exercises with high intensity monopolar radiofrequency and a concentrated cellulite cream can offer a complete "booty lift" solution: the gluteus exercises tone the inside, while the radiofrequency treatment and cream tone and smoothen up the outside, meeting somewhere in the middle.
