Colourful, healthy Greek salad

Greek salad - a treasure of colours, courtesy of healthful carotenoid and polyphenol antioxidants

Yellow and orange peppers; grilled red peppers; red onion; radishes; baby cucumbers; cherry tomatoes; black and green olives; sea salt; extra virgin olive oil; red wine vinegar; oregano; feta cheese; and some non-salty anchovy fillets on top, for omega-3s and extra protein. Toasted sourdough bread on the side is optional :)
