All consultations and treatments must be prepaid in advance and are provided by Georgios Tzenichristos ECNP. MRNT. MIPTI. ITEC.

Our cancellation policy is strictly 48-hours (72-hours for Monday appointments). For 90' sessions (anytime in the week) the cancellation notice is 72 hours. Our cancellation fee is 100% (the full cost of the appointment is charged without the proper cancellation notice). You may cancel the treatment/consultation and receive a full refund (or change your appointment to another day without being charged) ONLY if you offer us at least 48-hours' notice (72-hours for Monday appointments). You may also postpone the treatment/consultation for another day by giving us 48-hours' notice (72-hours for Monday appointments). In both cases you must notify us electronically by email, through the contact us form on this website. No refunds or re-bookings will be made if you fail to provide this 48-hours' notice (72-hours for Monday appointments) electronic notice. Bookings made 47 hours (or less) before the appointment time can not be cancelled or postponed without the cancellation fee charged (full price of appointment).

Exceptions to the above rules will only be made for emergency hospitalisation and for no other reason whatsoever. However, if a replacement can be found for your appointment we will be happy not to charge you the cancellation fee.

In the very unlikely case of us needing to cancel the treatment/consultation without us providing you with a 2-working day notice we will give you the option to an immediate full refund of your money or re-book your treatment/consultation for another day.

Refunds cannot be given for treatments/consultations after they take place.

LipoTherapeia Courses:

LipoTherapeia courses may be cancelled within 28 days from the day of purchase or before the 4th session is received (whichever is the earliest). Refund will be given for any unused treatments and these will be charged at the full price (NOT at the discounted course price). Refunds will not be given for the used portions of your course. After 28 days no refund will be given for LipoTherapeia courses.

Any LipoTherapeia creams provided at a discounted price as part of your course of treatments (currently £65 for 1x500ml bottle for a course of 6x, and £125 for 2x500ml bottles for a course of 12x) will be charged at full price (£125 and £250, respectively) if the course, or part of the course, is cancelled and refunded, and the difference in price will be subtracted from your refundable course amount.

Treatments/consultations cancelled or postponed without 48-hour notice will be taken out of your course of treatments, according to our 48-hour full-fee cancellation policy (72-hours for Monday appointments).

All courses expire 180 calendar days after their purchase date - please use your full course within 180 days to avoid losing your sessions.

Lipo Actives Anti-Cellulite Formulations, LipoTherapeia Supplements, Other Nutritional supplements:

The Lipo Actives Classic, Lipo Actives Plus and Lipo Massage Actives come in tamper-evident 500ml and 1000ml size aluminium bottles. Opened bottles are not returnable or refundable for hygiene purposes. You may return an unopened bottle within seven calendar days of delivery and we will be happy to issue a refund, no questions asked, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Opened supplements may not be returned or refunded. However, unopened supplements may be returned within seven days of delivery and a refund will be issued, minus a 20% restocking fee.

For products sold at less than the full price fue to different promotions, the 20% restocking fee is calculated from the full price, not from the discounted price. For example if a creams cocts £100 and you bought it for £50 due to a special offer/discount, and you decied to return it, the restocking fee will be £100*20%=£20 (not £50*20%=£10).

Any products returned eight days or later after delivery will not be refunded. You are responsible for your own shipping and insurance cost when you return products to us. Please make sure you pack properly, ship with a reputable carrier and insure adequately as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returned items.

The Lipo Active Sample Pack or individual samples are not returnable or refundable.

Please note that for your protection we ship and insure all goods by registered mail/courier and you will be asked for proof of signature by the courier.

Delivery policy:

We ship to the UK via Special Delivery and to the rest of the world via Parcelforce. Other couriers are available on request, but at an extra cost.

We aim to ship within 5 working days at the latest (usually 2 working days). We will notify you if we cannot service you within this time frame and give you the option to either wait for stock to arrive or cancel your order and receive an immediate refund.

Lipo Consultations, Nutritional Consultations - Over the phone:

All over-the-phone consultations must be prepaid in advance. Upon receipt of payment, a suitable time will be arranged for the consultation, between 9am-9pm GMT. All consultations are provided by Georgios Tzenichristos ECNP. MRNT. MIPTI. ITEC. Consultation duration is a full one hour (60 minutes).

You may cancel the consultation and receive a full refund only if you cancel it at least two full working days in advance. You may also postpone the consultation for another day by giving us two working days' notice. In both cases you must notify us by email, through the contact us form in this website. No refunds or re-bookings will be made if you fail to provide this two-working day electronic notice.

In the unlikely case of us needing to cancel the consultation without providing you with a 2-working day notice we will give you the option to an immediate full refund of your money or re-book your consultation for another day.

Refunds cannot be given for consultations after they take place.

We aim to give you an excellent service and answer all your queries in one hour, but we cannot guarantee that we can cover all issues in one hour, especially if you have several health issues. In that case please buy two consultations so that we can cover all issues in detail. In 90% of the cases this will not be necessary. At our discretion we may extend the consultation time by up to 15 minutes, as a good will gesture and without charging you extra, but we can not promise that you will receive this free extended service.

Special offers:

All special offers are subject to availability and withdrawal without prior notice. Of course, all special offers for treatments/consultations/products already purchased will be honoured. The "Get paid to lose weight" offer is not valid until further notice.

Our confidentiality guarantee:

We regularly treat celebrities and other high-profile individuals who are very protective of their privacy, and we have never disclosed any details about them, including the fact that we treated them, to either the press or anyone else.

Whether you are a celebrity or not, we value your privacy and will never disclose any personal or other information about you to any third party. If necessary, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure / confidentiality agreement to further guarantee confidentiality.

Google collects anonymous usage data of the traffic of this site which do not identify any particular visitor and are used for statistical purposes by software Google employs and are not seen by any human being.
