95% Treatment Effectiveness

Meso-CRF offers *impressive results in comparison to the majority of radiofrequency, cavitation and needle-free mesotherapy treatments, because of it's high specifications and because it simultaneously combines these three techniques, also saving you time and money. These results occur when the treatment is combined with diet, exercise and alcohol avoidance.

However, nothing biological can be guaranteed by any method, surgical or non-surgical, including Meso-CRF. Our success rate after 12 sessions is about 95%, with a small percentage of women not experiencing satisfactory results in 12 sessions unless a large number of sessions is undertaken. This is usually due to the fact that many women continue being sedentary, drinking alcohol and overeating, thereby producing new cellulite whilst attempting to reduce it with a treatment... It is apparent that under such circumstances any anti-cellulite, slimming or toning treatment may not be effective.

In a very small number of cases satisfactory results are not produced in 12 sessions even if the client exercises and diets. Fortunately, after 500 sessions in the last 5 months we have only had two such cases, but we cannot guarantee that it will not happen again, as we do not pretend to be God (nothing biological can be guaranteed).

What we can guarantee, however, is that we will offer the most powerful and comprehensive anti-cellulite, fat-reducing and skin tightening treatment available, combined with our extensive knowledge and experience, to offer the best possible results to all our clients. And if after the end of your course a client needs a few extra sessions to achieve maximum results we will be happy to offer her a reduced price for those extra sessions so that she achieves those results!

 

99.6% Treatment Safety

The last 5 months we have provided 500+ Meso-CRF sessions and we only had 2 cases of mild swelling/irritation, which dissipated in about a week. The remainder 498+ sessions went smoothly with no problems whatsoever, so we can safely state that our treatments are 99.6% side-effect free!

 

Diet and exercise are essential

Naturally, you would not expect to lose cellulite/localised fat if you continued doing the things that caused the cellulite/local fat accumulation in the first place, i.e. poor diet, inactivity and/or drinking. It is biologically impossible for any body reshaping treatment to be effective under those circumstances, so we cannot emphasise enough the importance of diet, exercise and alcohol avoidance duting your course of treatments. Ideally, you should be losing half a pound of weight per week in order to maximise the effects of the treatment.

1. Our cancellation policy

We operate a strict, full-fee 48-hour cancellation policy (72-hours for Monday appointments)

Our cancellation policy is strictly 48-hours (72-hours for Monday appointments or on the day after a bank holiday). For 90' or 120' sessions (anytime in the week) the cancellation notice is always 72 hours. Our cancellation fee is 100% (the full cost of the appointment is charged without the aforementioned cancellation notice).

You may cancel the treatment/consultation and receive a full refund (in the case of introductory or individual treatments) or change your appointment to another day without being charged (in the case of a treatment belonging to a course) ONLY if you offer us at least 48-hours' notice (72-hours for Monday appointments,  for appointments on the day after a bank holiday or for 90'/120' treatments).

 

Bookings made 48 hours or less before the appointment time can not be cancelled

Since bookings made 48 hours or less before the appointment time (72 hours or less for Monday or 90'/120' appointments) fall into the 48-hour cancellation zone (72-hour cancellation zone for Monday or 90'/120' appointments), they can not be cancelled or postponed without the cancellation fee charged which is the full price of appointment.

 

Cancellation must be in electronic, written form

In both cases you must notify us electronically either by email, or through the contact us form on this website, or by text. Please offer us 48-hour notice to avoid being charged for your appointment (72-hour notice for Monday or for 90'/120' appointments). No refunds or re-bookings will be made if you fail to provide us with such notice.

 

The only exception to our cancellation policy is emergency hospitalisation

Exceptions to the above rules will only be made for emergency hospitalisation and for no other reason whatsoever.

Please do not ask us for exceptions because we cannot afford to make them. For you an one-off cancellation is just that: an one-off cancellation. For us, many one-off cancellations add up every week and can easily comprise 1/3 or more of our income. Naturally we cannot afford to lose 1/3 or more of our income every single week. Furthermore, without our cancellation policy 1/3 of our availability would be wasted, which means that we could not offer you a proper service.

 

If we find a replacement we do not charge you

If you cancel early enough in the 48/72 hour cancellation zone we may be able to find a replacement for your booking. In this case we will not to charge you the cancellation fee.

1.1 Delayed arrival for an appointment

As it is common practice at all professional clinics and salons, if another client is late for her appointment and you are booked right after her, we will only treat her for the remaining appointment time, to ensure that we do not waste your time and make you wait unnecessarily. Naturally, the same rule applies to you, if you are late.

On the other hand, if a client arrives late and we have no other booking afterwards, we will be happy to offer her treatment for the full appointment time, but under no circumstances can we add extra time to another appointment to compensate for the loss of time due to delayed arrival.

2. Introductory and individual LipoTherapeia treatments and consultations

Introductory session online discounts

All our treatments have to be prepaid at the time the booking is made. Treatments not prepaid at the time of booking will not be booked.

 

Introductory appointment offers are only available once

Please note that our introductory appointment offers are only available once. If you miss your introductory appointment without providing us with 48-hours cancellation notice, the introductory offer will not be available next time and the full appointment fee will need to be paid in advance for your replacement introductory booking.

 

Individual follow-up treatments and courses

Individual follow-up treatments are charged at the full price and must also be prepaid. Courses of treatments are charged at discount rates and must also be prepaid.

2.1 Treatment provison by different therapists / Georgios-only courses

All our treatments are provided by either Georgios or Eva, who both provide an almost identical treatment. For operating reasons, clients cannot choose a specific therapist, unless they buy an exclusive Georgios-only course at +50% premium.

2.3 Treatment duration

Please note that for all treatments/courses bought after 14/06/2011 all Meso-CRF appointments last 45', of which 5' are used to set-up and clean the equipment and to allow you to prepare for the treatment, and 40' are used for actual treatment on the machine.

In rare cases we offer 60' appointments, of which 6' are used to set-up and clean the equipment and to allow you to prepare for the treatment, and 54' are used for actual treatment on the machine.

Introductory treatments last 60' of which 15' are assessment/consultation, 5' are used to set-up and clean the equipment and to allow you to prepare for the treatment, and 40' are used for actual treatment on the machine.

3. Courses of treatments

All courses must be prepaid in full

All courses of treatments must be prepaid in full to qualify for the course discount.

The course discount applies to the full course only. if a refund needs to be given, for ANY reason, the sessions you received will be charged at full price and deducted from the total amount you have paid for the course and then a refund will be given for the remainder. If the amount for the received sessions exceeds the total amount, no refund will be given.


Payment of a course at the salon

If for any reason you fail to pay for your course in advance, full payment for the entire course of treatments must be made at the salon on the first appointment of that course. If you have not prepaid for your course and fail to pay for the full amount of your course on the day of the first treatment, then the full price of that treatment will be charged for that day.

If you have not prepaid for your course please ensure you have the a functioning credit/debit card or cash on the day of the first appointment of your course to avoid paying the full price for that particular treatment.

 

Course discounts are only valid for one specific area

As of 11th April 2011 the course discounts are only available for one specific body area. If the client requests the course to be used for treatment of other areas that are not designated in the specific course they bought, we reserve the right to cancel the course discount. In thiscase the full price will be payable for all the treatments of that course.

Please do not ask us to use your course on body areas other than those designated on it to avoid losing your course discount.

 

Courses expire 3 months after they are purchased

As of 1/11/2011 all our courses expire 3 months after they are purchased, after which time we are under no obligation to provide any treatments or issue any refunds. Please use your full course within 3 months to avoid losing your sessions.

Before 1/11/2011 courses expired in 6 months. The 6-month expiry policy will be honoured for courses purchased before that date.

 

Course refunds

LipoTherapeia courses may be cancelled within 7 days from the day of purchase or before the 3rd session is received (whichever is the earliest). Refund will be given for any unused treatments but these will be charged at the full price, currently £299 (NOT at the discounted course price), and they will be deducted from the total amount you have paid for the course, and then a refund will be given for the remainder.

If you have received an upgrade from 45' to 60', the price calculated for the received treatments will be the price of 60' treatment, currently £399. If the amount for the received sessions exceeds the total amount, no refund will be given. Refunds will not be given for treatments you have already received.

After 7 days or after 2 sessions are received no refund will be given for your course.

In exceptional circumstances (such as hospitalisation for example) we may offer a refund for the remaining sessions of your course, but only if you provide us with a hospital/doctor’s note. In that case,  the sessions you received will be charged at full price, currently £299 (NOT at the discounted course price), and they will be deducted from the total amount you have paid for the course, and then a refund will be given for the remainder.

If you have received an upgrade from 45' to 60', the price calculated for the received treatments will be the price of 60' treatment, currently £399. If the amount for the received sessions exceeds the total amount, no refund will be given. Refunds will not be given for treatments you have already received.

 

Cancellation policy

3.1 "Photographic Course Discount"

Photographic courses strictly apply to treatment on one body area or one face area only.

By buying the "Photographic Course" you consent to the unlimited use of the strictly anonymous "before and after" photos of the treated areas on our website and in our press material. Body photographs are taken with disposable underwear to ensure continuity between before and after photos and anonymity for you.

For Meso-CRF Body courses we guarantee that your name or face will never become available. For Meso-CRF Face Lift courses we guarantee that your name will never become available and that your eyes will be covered with black square, but the rest of your face will be shown.

Photographic courses of 6 or 12 sessions strictly expire in 4 or 8 weeks, respectively, so please use all your sessions in 4 or 8 weeks. If you fail to finish your course in 4 or 8 weeks you will lose all you unused sessions. This is because there is no point for us to offer such a considerable discount if you do not have regular treatments, if you interrupt your course or if show up for your "after" photographs 6 months later. All photographic course appointments must be prebooked on the day the course starts.

We reserve the right to refuse the "Photographic discount" if we feel that the difference before and after a course of treatments will not be clearly demonstrated in photographs (as for example in the case of very overweight or very slim women, for Meso-CRF Body courses; or very aged or very young skin, for Meso-CRF Face courses).

By buying a photographic course you explicitly agree to all the above conditions.

3.2 Model discounts / 18-23 discounts

For the "Model Discount", proof of active model status is required, in the form of a current "book" or professional website, otherwise the "Model Course Discount" will not be given and any discounted course purchased on the website will be cancelled and refunded.

For the "18-23 Discount", proof of age is required, in the form of driving license, passport or national ID card, otherwise the "18-23 Discount" will not be given and any discounted course purchased on the website will be cancelled and refunded.

3.3 "Weight Loss Money Back" Offer

Our "Weight Loss Money Back" Offer is applicable to courses" of 12 sessions only and is given to you ONLY after you:

  1. Buy a course of 12 sessions and receive the treatments strictly on one body area only
  2. Prebook all 12 sessions within an 8-week window
  3. Attend at least 10 of the 12 sessions of your course in 8 those weeks or less
  4. Whilst you receive the treatments lose a full 6kg of weight in 8 weeks or less
  5. Agree to have anonymous photographs taken before and after your course of treatments and consent to the unlimited display of those photographs on our website and press releases

Please note that if you do not prebook all 12 sessions or if you do not finish your course in 8 weeks or if you miss more than 2 out of 12 sessions during those 8 weeks (due to short-notice cancellations or other reasons) or if you do not lose a full 6kg of weight or if for any reason you fail to have photographs taken after your course is finished, the offer will be considered void and the money back amount will not be given.

This is because there is no point giving an extremely generous motivational discount if you are not motivated (i.e. if you do not come for treatments regularly or if you cancel your appointments with short notice or if you don't lose weight). And we have no reason offering such a deep discount if we cannot have photographic documentation of the results of the treatment for our marketing purposes.

Price changes and special offers

All prices (including special offers and course discounts) are subject to withdrawal and amendment without prior notice. Of course, all prices/special offers/course discounts for treatments, consultations or products already purchased will be honoured.

 

Our confidentiality guarantee

We regularly treat celebrities and other high-profile individuals who are very protective of their privacy, and we have never disclosed any details about them (including the mere fact that we treated them), to either the press or anyone else.

Whether you are a celebrity or not, we value your privacy and will never disclose any personal or other information about you to any third party. If necessary, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure / confidentiality agreement to further guarantee confidentiality.

 

Our privacy guarantees

We, at LipoTherapeia.com, do not collect any private information about you when you visit the site. Google collects anonymous usage data of the traffic of this site which do not identify any particular visitor and are used for statistical purposes by software Google employs. 5. Lipo Actives creams/Gels and nutritional supplements

Delivery policy

We ship to the UK via Special Delivery or Parcelforce and to the rest of the world via Parcelforce. Other couriers are available on request, but at an extra cost.

We aim to ship within 5 working days at the latest (usually 2 working days). We will notify you if we cannot service you within this time frame and give you the option to either wait for stock to arrive or cancel your order and receive an immediate refund.

We are not responsible for custom delays, surcharges or other problems at your country's customs office.

 

Refund policy

Opened or used bottles of Lipo Actives creams and gels are not returnable or refundable for hygiene purposes. You may return an unopened bottle within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will be happy to issue a refund, no questions asked, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Opened supplements may not be returned or refunded. However, unopened supplements may be returned within seven days of delivery and a refund will be issued, minus a 20% restocking fee.

For products sold at less than the full price due to different promotions, the 20% restocking fee is calculated from the full price, not from the discounted price. For example if a creams costs £100 and you bought it for £50 due to a special offer/discount, and you decided to return it, the restocking fee will be £100*20%=£20 (not £50*20%=£10).

Any products returned eight days or later after delivery will not be refunded. You are responsible for your own shipping and insurance cost when you return products to us. Please make sure you pack properly, ship with a reputable carrier and insure adequately as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returned items.

The Lipo Active Sample Pack or individual samples are not returnable or refundable.

Please note that for your protection we ship and insure all goods by registered mail/courier and you will be asked for proof of signature by the courier.

6. Refusal of treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Clients who behave rudely or inappropriately to our staff
  • Salon/clinic owners and beauty/massage/complementary therapists or nurses/doctors who offer, or intend to offer, treatments similar to ours
  • Men, as our female therapist (who provides all folow up treatments) only provides treatments to female clients
  • Other clients who create disruption to our practice for different reasons. Examples of such behaviour includes but is not limited to: frequent cancellations, refusal to pay on time, unreasonable complaints etc.
  • Clients who do not abide to our terms and conditions

We make every effort to offer super-safe and pleasant treatments and we currently have a 99.6% safety record, with the remaining .4% of treatments leading to temporary swelling/irritation that dissipate in about one week. However, we can not absolutely guarantee that irritation, pain or other adverse effect will not occur in your case. Nothing biological can be guaranteed. As with all aesthetic/medical/complementary treatments there is a small probability of an adverse reaction and by opting for a treatment or a course of treatments you explicitly assume that risk and agree NOT to request a refund or other compensation from us in case of such an incident. No salon/clinic/doctor offers such guarantees and we do not offer them either.

If you do not agree to this condition we cannot provide you with our treatments.
