Now you can learn how to confidently offer your customer an excellent cellulite massage, either as part of your normal massage routine or as stand alone treatment. In addition, you can learn everything about cellulite so that you can confidently answer your client's queries. The training is intensive and is provided over a weekend, either on an one to one basis, or in small groups at your beauty salon, school or spa. The syllabus includes theory (detailed anatomy, physiology, pathology and treatment of cellulite, connective tissue and blood and lymph vessels) and practical application (lymphatic drainage massage, lymphatic stimulation massage, cellulite-specific massage, connective tissue massage), as well as business module, so that you can make the most of your newly gained knowledge and benefit financially from it.

Accreditation / The Lipo School

At the moment we don't have any plans for course accreditation until the end of 2009, due to a heavy workload with several projects, but we do plan to do so and open the Lipo School at the beginning of 2010. However, rest assured that the quality of the information and practical training is second to none and worth the course fee. The most important thing is not what paper you have in your hands but how much people are impressed by your technique and advice, thereby book repeat treatments and recommending their friends to you!

Cost of training / recovering your investment

Courses cost £500 for the whole weekend for one-to-one tuition, or £200 per weekend per person for groups larger than 5 therapists or students. You must already possess a massage or beauty therapy qualification to be accepted for training and upon the completion of the course you will be awarded with a certificate of attendance. You do not need separate insurance to provide this treatment - your normal beauty therapy or massage qualification covers the treatment, as it is massage based and very, very safe. Shortened, intensive one-day courses are also available an cost £300 per day for one to one tuition, or £120 per day for groups large than 5 therapists/students. You should expect to recover the cost of your training with just one short course of 8x treatments, which we sell in London for £640, and can easily be sold nationwide for at least £480. Given that after training you will possess a specialised skill to effectively treat a problem faced by 90% of women, you can understand that after training you can expect to raise your prices and considerably increase your business volume, competitiveness and independence as a therapist or salon.
