HOW MANY SESSIONS? HOW OFTEN?

All treatments last 45'  |  One to two sessions per week are recommended. Three sessions per week or once in two weeks are also fine and equally effective  |  Some results are seen on the first session but the first long-term results appear in 3-4 sessions  |  Courses of 6-12 sessions offer best results but you can always start with 3x and then upgrade to 6x or 12x as soon as you are satisfied by the effectiveness of the treatment. Most women are satisfied with 6-12 sessions  |  After you finish your course of treatments, results last for up to 18 months if you follow an optimal, healthy, active lifestyle.
