HOW MANY SESSIONS? HOW OFTEN?

All treatments last 45'  |  One to two sessions per week are recommended. Three sessions per week or once in two weeks are also fine and equally effective  |  Some results are seen on the first session but the first long-term results appear in 3-4 sessions  |  Courses of 6-12 sessions offer best results but you can always start with 3x and then upgrade to 6x or 12x as soon as you are satisfied by the effectiveness of the treatment. Most women are satisfied with 6-12 sessions  |  After you finish your course of treatments, results last for up to 18 months if you follow an optimal, healthy, active lifestyle. Our cancellation policy

48-hour notice cancellation policy (72-hour notice for double sessions or for Mondays)

In order to provide a professional service and to avoid disruption at our clinic from no-shows and short notice cancellations, and to ensure proper availability for all our clients, including you, we operate a strict full-fee 48-hour notice cancellation policy (72-hour notice for double sessions or for Monday appointments).

Please kindly give us 48/72-hour notice if you intend to cancel or move your appointment to another day to avoid being charged the full cost of your appointment.

No exceptions whatsoever will ever be made except hospital emergencies, once. Our service is strictly supplied under these terms and conditions.

 

Bookings made 48 hours or less before the appointment time can not be cancelled

Since bookings made 48 hours or less before the appointment time (72 hours or less for double sessions or for Monday appointments) fall into the 48-hour cancellation zone (72-hour cancellation zone for double sessions or for Monday appointments), they can not be cancelled or postponed without the cancellation fee charged which is the full price of appointment.

 

Cancellation must be in electronic, written form

In both cases you must notify us electronically either by email, or through the contact us form on this website, or by text. Please offer us 48-hour notice to avoid being charged for your appointment (72-hour notice for Monday or for 90'/120' appointments). No refunds or re-bookings will be made if you fail to provide us with such notice.

 

Delayed arrival for an appointment

As it is common practice at all professional clinics and salons, if another client is late for her appointment and you are booked right after her, we will only treat her for the remaining appointment time, to ensure that we do not waste your time and make you wait unnecessarily. Naturally, the same rule applies to you, if you are late.

On the other hand, if you arrive late and we have no other booking afterwards, we will be happy to offer you treatment for the full appointment time, but under no circumstances can we add extra time to another appointment to compensate for the loss of time due to delayed arrival.

 

Free consultation short-notice cancellations and no-shows

Please note that we run a very tight schedule. In order to offer you and all our clients a professional service and avoid disruption at the clinic from short notice cancellations and no-shows, we operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

Please kindly give us 48-hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your free consultation - or any other appointment - for another day.

If you do not give us 48-hours' cancellation notice or if you do not show up for your appointment we will not be able offer you either a second free consultation slot or an introductory session discount. In that case, following a no-show/late cancelation, you must book a single treatment, which currently costs £299.
