How often do I need to have treatments?
LipoTherapeia can be described as resistance exercise for your skin, fat deposits, blood vessels and lymphatics, and therefore the same rules that apply to exercise, also apply to LipoTherapeia.
One session of exercise at the gym will leave you feeling rejuvenated and more fit, but it can not create a permanent change in your body. For a permanent change you need a series of training sessions, which must be reasonably close to each other to produce long-lasting results. Doing one weight training session now and one two months later will have an immediate rejuvenating effect but will not make your muscles permanently stronger. However, performing a course of twice weekly or even weekly exercise sessions will produce a measurable and sometimes impressive result in a few weeks.
Exactly the same applies to LipoTherapeia. One session is great for an immediate skin tightening and circulation-enhancing results, but a course of 6 or 12 sessions i ideal for long-lasting results. Like exercise, the best results are produced with twice-weekly or weekly treatments, but fortnightly treatments are still very beneficial. Treatments once a month are great for maintenance but not for improvement. More intensive courses (up to five days per week) are also available if you are short of time (for example before a holiday or wedding).
