* ADVANCED, SAFE, EFFECTIVE TREATMENT, BUT NO EXAGGERATED PROMISES, MIRACLES OR HYPE

Treatment effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Meso-CRF offers impressive* results in comparison to the majority of radiofrequency, cavitation and needle-free mesotherapy treatments, because it simultaneously combines these three techniques, also saving you time and money (a course of 6x Meso-CRF sessions is equivalent to 18x stand-alone RF, cavitation and mesotherapy treatments). These results occur when the treatment is combined with diet, exercise and smoking/alcohol avoidance.

However, nothing biological can be guaranteed by any treatment or any technology, surgical or non-surgical, including Meso-CRF. For this reason we never make specific guarantees about specific results after a specific number of sessions, as those not only depend on the effectiveness of the technology used but also on factors over which we have no control, such as the client’s diet, exercise and drinking habits; her genetics; her overall health; the severity of her cellulite/skin looseness/fat accumulation; and her goals/expectations.

Although the technology (the strongest and most cellulite-specific radiofrequency, cavitation and no-needle mesotherapy) and it’s application (highly experienced and exclusively specialising in radiofrequency, cavitation and needle-free mesotherapy - and nothing else) are exactly the same, results and satisfaction rate naturally vary from person to person due to all the above factors.

But we can definitely promise that we offer the best technical expertise, vast experience (100+ sessions per month) and probably the most technologically advanced equipment in order to offer all our clients maximum results and the best chance of reducing cellulite, loose skin and localised fat deposits with a non-intrusive method. And if after the end of your course you need a few extra sessions to achieve maximum results we will be happy to offer you a good price for those extra sessions!

Treatment safety

Meso-CRF is extremely safe and comfortable and we never had any more serious side effects than mild swelling/irritation, which only occurred twice during the last 500+ sessions and dissipated in about a week. The remainder 498+ sessions went smoothly with no problems whatsoever, so we can safely state that our treatments are 99.6% side-effect free! We never had burns, excessive redness or any other visible or serious complication and we are proud not only of our safety record but actually of our client comfort record.

Although we cannot absolutely guarantee that an adverse effect will never occur (again, nothing biological can be guaranteed), it is reassuring to know that with us such events are extremely rare and temporary.

Most of our clients do feel relaxed during a Meso-CRF Face or a Meso-CRF Body treatment, with some of them relax so much that they actually end up dozing off. Only very mild redness occurs which typically dissipates in less than an hour.

Diet and exercise are essential

Naturally, you would not expect to lose cellulite/localised fat if you continued doing the things that caused the cellulite/local fat accumulation in the first place, i.e. poor diet, inactivity and/or drinking. It is biologically impossible for any body reshaping treatment to be effective under those circumstances, so we cannot emphasise enough the importance of diet, exercise and alcohol avoidance during your course of treatments. Ideally, you should be losing half a pound of weight per week in order to maximise the effects of the treatment.

Great results, honest advice but no hype and miracles

We aim to offer great results and provide honest, down to earth, straightforward advice based on science, value, quality and lots of hard work.

On the other hand, if what you're looking is a radical, effortless, lunch-time solution that can magically eliminate cellulite/skin looseness/local fat deposits for ever with one single session (or even in as few as 3 or 4 sessions) at a very high price, then unfortunately we cannot help you, as we are not in the business of performing miracles (or ripping people off). You may waste your money somewhere else...

Can endocrine disruptive chemicals cause cellulite?

Endocrine disruptors, cancer and obesity

It is now well accepted that several man-made chemicals disrupt the endocrine system, causing obesity and cancer, among other health conditions. Such chemicals are aptly named endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and examples comprise substances such as tributyltin, bisphenol A, diethylsilbestrol, phthalates and possibly polybrominated diphenyl ethers and perfluoro-compounds. These chemicals are widely used in materials and devices of everyday usage, including food and drink packaging, clothes and fabrics, food, cooking utensils, perfumes, furniture and wood, animal feed, and others. Their pervasive use is regarded to be one of the reasons behind the obesity and cancer epidemic today, and one cannot fail to spot the obvious connections between EDCs and cellulite.

Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDC) and cellulite

Cellulite is characterised by an excessive proliferation and hypertrophy (enlargement) of adipocytes (fat cells). Given that EDCs directly act on the adipose cells causing them to proliferate and enlarge, it is not very difficult to see the connection.

EDCs can lead to obesity (or localised obesity of the superficial tissues of the legs, called cellulite) via several different mechanisms. According to research conducted in the last decade, appetite increase, estrogenic action, adipocyte enlargement and proliferation, and lipid imbalance are the most important obesogenic mechanisms.

Seeing things from a historical perspective, we can easily see the connection between the emergence and consequent prevalence of endocrine disrupting chemicals and that of cellulite. The appearance of EDCs and the prevalence of cellulite occurred at the same time, i.e. at the second half of the 20th century, and continue unabated today!

The so called pre-cellulite tissues specifically, are particularly vulnerable to the accumulation of endocrine disrupting toxins. This is because blood circulation and lymph drainage in those areas tends to be poor, and also because the cellulite fat cells act as traps for the (primarily fat-soluble) EDC toxins.

Putting things into perspective / Practical advice

Of course cellulite is also caused by overeating, living a sedentary life, smoking, drinking, and by making use of another very common endocrine disruptor, known as the hormonal contraception, in the form of pills, injections and patches. However, we should not discount the influence that those endocrine disruptive toxins have in our body.

Therefore, emphasis should be given on avoiding exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals. That's the first line of your defence. Boosting the body's natural detoxification system is the second line of defence against EDCs.

The third line of your defence is fighting cellulite proactively, with regular cellulite prevention treatments, including vigorous cellulite massages. Given that now cellulite affects 90% of women at some time in their life and once it appears it does not usually go away solely with diet and exercise, many proactive (or perfectionist) women choose this option. Cellulite creams are a more economical proposition, and if they are concentrated enough and used regularly can also contribute towards cellulite prevention and reduction at a relatively low cost.
